35% - first payment on signing the contract

45% - instalments until handover of the key

20% - after delivery instalments for 1 year

Key handover dates: December 2025 or May 2026 depending on which building you choose.

Amenities included :

- The floors will consist of ceramic tiles with dimensions 60x120 cm. In the bedroom there are 10mm parquet floors.

- A shower cubicle with built-in shower mixer and shower head will be used. Hansgrohe brand or equivalent will be used.

- The basin mixer taps will be Hansgrohe brand or equivalent. The washbasins shall be shelf type Bocci Milano or equivalent brand.

- Towel hooks shall be Bocci brand or equivalent.

- A heated towel rail shall be used.

- Underfloor heating shall be installed in wet areas of the bathrooms.

- A built-in water saving cistern, a hanging toilet and a slow closing slim toilet seat cover will be used. The Bocci brand or equivalent shall be used.

- Mechanical ventilation shall be used in the toilet/bathroom.

- Silver or black drawers will be used in the kitchen.

- The countertop and backsplash will be "Belenco" Angel White.

American panel doors will be used.

- The kitchen sink will be 50x40.

- Sink faucet will be Hansgrohe or other similar brand.

- Comfort double glazing will be used.

- Anthracite aluminum windows will be used.

- The cabinet doors will be sliding and partially mirrored.

- A partial false ceiling will be used.
