- Silver or black drawers will be used in the kitchen.

- The countertop and backsplash will be "Belenco" Angel White.

American panel doors will be used.

- The kitchen sink will be 50x40.

- Sink faucet will be Hansgrohe or other similar brand.

- Comfort double glazing will be used.

- Anthracite aluminum windows will be used.

- The cabinet doors will be sliding and partially mirrored.

- A partial false ceiling will be used.
