Payment plan:

1. 60% of the sale price upon signing of the preliminary contract.

2. 30% of the sale price upon Act 15.

3. 10% of the sale price upon issuance of the Permit to Use and Transfer of Ownership (PA).

The Use Permit is scheduled to be issued in June 2024.

The SONATA Sea Villas complex is located on the first line of the

The town of Achtopol is the southernmost town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It is located in
