After registration you will have a meeting with Mr. Zlatkovski to discuss you focus and expectations from the property. You will then pay the price of the investment tour. We will select the property together before the tour, from the numerous offers on our website MY PROPERTY AT MORE.CZ.

- Bulgaria on Trial package includes: tours of pre-selected apartments according to your budget, 2 nights in Bulgaria in our apartments or hotel, transfer from and back to the airport and other additional services. Price per person from 6.900 CZK, price is fixed.

- Attention! Please note in advance that you are responsible for your own flights!

- You can choose and book your property on the spot, or you can decide in the peace and comfort of your own home when you return, when you have time to decide if buying your own property by the sea is right for you.

What are you waiting for?

Day 1

- Arrive on your own at the airport (Sofia / Varna / Burgas).

- We will be waiting for you at the airport with the sign MY PROPERTY AT MORE.CZ

- Together we will go to one of our apartments that we manage.

- You will be accommodated.

- Free program (sightseeing).

 

Day 2

- In the morning at 9:00 a.m. there will be a breakfast together.

- We will set off on tours of pre-selected apartments.

- We will show you the different parts of the beachfront and explain the differences between them, both in terms of return on investment and actual use.

- In the evening you will have a dinner together, where you can enjoy the local gastronomy, which is truly delicious. We will do a recap of the apartments you have seen.

 

Day 3

- We will pick you up at your accommodation and arrange a transfer to Sofia Airport.
