The price is including all furniture and equipment according to the photos. The layout is entrance hall, living room with kitchenette and relaxation area, bathroom with toilet, balcony overlooking the pool. The luxurious, first-class Planeta complex is located just 70 meters from the beach in the center of Sunny Beach and offers swimming pools with water slides.

The pool has 2 separate sections for children and a main section with a depth of 180 cm. The pool area is ideal for sunbathing during the day. At night, the pool is nicely illuminated. The 850-seat restaurant serves delicious meals. There is a poolside snack bar for up to 100 people, serving brunch, light lunch and afternoon snacks. The lobby bar is a pleasant place for evening gatherings and offers a variety of alcoholic, non-alcoholic and hot drinks.

Hotel Planeta also includes a spa and gym.

Right next to the pool, the animation hall is the venue for entertainment for all guests and you can enjoy aqua aerobics, karaoke or dance lessons.

The maintenance fee is 400€ per year.

Sunny Beach is the largest hotel resort in Bulgaria, it is several kilometres long and lies 30 km north of Burgas.
